Jasmin started her career in classical ballet and has worked as a personal trainer and dance teacher for children whilst pursuing her education in fitness and nutrition. She launched Pilateszone in Zurich in 2008. Jasmin graduated from Centre for Spatial Medicine in September 2013 and today she is a Spatial Medicine Faculty Teacher. Pilateszone is the Centre for Spatial Medicine in Europe offering Spatial Medicine education and further development courses and workshops.
Cassia Frade is a Physical Educator specialising in Physiology of the Exercise. She is an internationally certified instructor by Merrithew International from Canada in all its fields: Stott Pilates, Zenga, Core and Total Barre. PMA-CPT, Centre for Spatial Medicine and Fascial Fitness Trainer. She has been a classic and modern ballet dancer for 20 years. Owner of Companhia do Nado, a big health club in Belo Horizonte, Brasil, where she directs the Pilates Studio since 2009. She is currently traveling throughout Brasil attending invitations to spread the new paradigm of movement. Inspiring the Pilates community to embody and work with this new approach, getting closer to the real essence of Contrology, integrating body, mind and spirit, has become her prime passion.
Joyce was first introduced to Pilates at Houston Ballet where she danced professionally for 10 years. She began her study of the Pilates method in 1998 and completed her Pilates Method Alliance Certification as well as the Pilates Center of Boulder's Masters Program. In constant search for more depth and greater possibility, Joyce is also a Yamuna Body Rolling practitioner and Rossiter Coach. Joyce successfully completed the Centre for Spatial Medicine's first Bridging course held in the US and has continued on to join the international Faculty Team of Centre for Spatial Medicine. Pilates Treehouse Fascial Playground is the Centre for Spatial Medicine USA offering Spatial Medicine eduction and professional development courses and workshops.
I am a faculty teacher for Centre for Spatial Medicine/ CPM education©, an Anatomy Trains structural integrator and a member of the Psych-K© family. All of which allow me to explore my own ways within our common denominators. It’s such an amazing playground to find oneself in. Every session, every practice hour, every lesson I teach is a journey of joined discovery. I feel grateful for this. My body and my attitude to its signals and wisdom keeps changing with everything new I discover, and so do my clients and students.
Zach has a background of ballet and yoga. His curiosity about the mind/body connection and desire to learn more led him through multiple trainings and schools of movement and meditation with Karin Locher and the faculty teachers at The Centre for Spatial Medicine being the most influential. He certified with Centre for Spatial Medicine in 2016 and in 2018 joined Centre for Spatial Medicine as a faculty teacher. When teaching, he is most interested in what matters to each student and how he can help them along that path. so they can effectively integrate their work into their everyday lives
Ester has worked in the international fitness industry for over 20 years. She has studied with the Swiss Confederation, Centre for Spatial Medicine, Polestar, Balanced Body, Ron Fletcher. She specialised with Z-Healt, Anatomy Train I-II; IKFF Kettlebell I; TRX II; Reebok Master Trainer; Gyrotonic Teacher; Posturologist Mézières and Bricot. Ester is the creator of the WoodPole Pilates Method, BBR Body Ball Relaxing, Hamazon Functional & Mio-Fascia Training. She is the Co-founder of the Functional Training School is the owner of the Ester Albini Pilates Academy as well as the author of several books and DVDs.
In 2010 Fiona became a full-time Pilates teacher working from Karin Locher’s first studio in the UK. She continued her education and knowledge of the fascial communication system attending courses on integrated fascial release, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Anatomy Trains, Somatic Experiencing and Continiuum. Fiona is PMA certified and a Senior Faculty Teacher for Centre for Spatial Medicine in the UK where she is the director of two studios. She teaches neuromyofascial movement in relation to either modality of Pilates or Yoga. Fiona is also a teacher of mediation.
Sean’s passion is working and re-educting your body to change your life. He is a body and mind training coach, founder of The Integrated Body Centre in Dubai, faculty teacher for Centre for Spatial Medicine, and Structural Integration body worker ( Anatomy Trains KMI). Unique in his restorative fascial movement and strength training, he couples this with the awareness of the mind and Structural Integration fascial body work.
Celina is the creator of NAMAHA: Movement & Manual Therapies Center in Geneva, Switzerland. She has trained her body and mind extensively through her international dance career, her daily yoga, meditation and pilates practice. She runs Return to Life Pilates Teacher Trainings and Vinyasa Fascia Yoga TT and inspires daily students and teachers. She is a movement explorer and teacher and is happy to share her practice with you! Celina will guide you to re-connect with your inner wisdom, through simple yet highly effective practices in order to feel energized with a conscious mind in a conscious body.
