"Nothing can work without the brain.”

This workshop will open a new insight into the human body and offer you new vision and new tools for you and your clients.

This new concept of movement - F.RE.E. Fascial Real Emotion is a simple method to keep the fascia structures hydrated and to maintain an active-reactive brain. After a brief look at the five F.RE.E. Strategies (Feel it, Mobility, Stretch, Energy, Release) we will focus on the neuro aspect. Feel it - is a strategy that uses a variety of neuro exercises with the purpose of increasing "files on our computer" - "More motion more Software".

Through movement we communicate with the brain, but how the brain processes the movement is individual. The output can be different for each person. Let yourself be surprised! …Fast integration and transposition into some traditional Pilates, Stretching and Functional movement is guaranteed.

14.00 – 17.00  Workshop: Your inner Ocean Celina Hwang (Switzerland)

You are invited to dive deep into your inner ocean, lulled by the sounds of the alchemic crystal bowls. That water we are made of is a highly resonant element, in which information flows from cell to cell throughout the body and even further, exchanging with a vaster field of intelligence.

As a vibrating cell community/body, we will honor our origins by oscillations, undulations and spirals to set the bones free and re-awaken our billion years old sea creature: the spine. It will soothe the nervous system and the heart, reset primordial oceanic dynamics in the body and release ancient physical and emotional patterns.

A nourishing and poetic journey in the heart of your liquid matrix to better embody fluid resilience and reliance.

Finding connection through our arms all the way into our core allows us to release unnecessary contraction and chronic holding patterns. The first step is learning the safety of letting go "into our own cradle of support".  Wouldn't it be amazing to be held by our own embrace.
