  • Workshop Overview

Reinforce the wonders of the studio repertoire.

Work with the biomechanics and the body’s tensegrity and feel the space within; posture changes by having an awareness of the space between the bones

Experience the reformer and chair repertoire with a new perspective.

Rotation and flexion through the body is the order of the day. Wring out and rehydrate the body’s tissue. Feel how far the body is willing to go and ask it to go further

What will the workshop offer me?

    • A fascial experience to bring greater awareness into the body
    • A tensegrity experience to float the bones and create space
    • To work up and down the body bringing an awareness to the Fascial meridians
    • With the use of the equipment, pin and lengthen in every possible direction
    • Experience the pick up, drop, spiral and play with the fascia to achieve opening and lengthening with the use of the small props

Enjoy a taught studio class given from a fascial perspective.

  • 24 November 2018     10.00am – 5.00pm

    25 November 2018     9.00am – 4.00pm
