Successful completion of Phase 1 – The Preparatory Programe; - enough to be able to do the basic and intermediate level on all apparatus, showing the understanding and embodiment of the Pilates principles; an understanding and application of movement in the body; independence in the studio, ability to self correct; a good sound level of physical ability with no injuries.

Attendance of the Bridge Prelude (must be attended by the 3rd month of training)
Strong Anatomy Knowledge of the muscles and bones
Written assessments will be given on both Pilates and the Anatomy Trains between Phase 1 and Phase 2.
