Cancellation & Refund Policy 2018

Cancellations of a Private session: 

  • Cancellations within 24 hours notice or full payment will be charged. 

 

Cancellation of workshops and  Bridge 1 

  • Cancellation before 8 weeks before the start date - full refund will be given
  • Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the start date – you can transfer to a later workshop which will incur a 10% administration fee
  • Cancellations between 6 and 4 weeks of the start date – 50% of the fee will be charged 
  • Cancellations within 4 weeks of the start date – No refund

 

 Cancellation of Bridge 2 and the Mentoring & Mentorship Programmes

  • Cancellations up to 10 weeks before the start date – Full refund minus the deposit
  • Cancellations between 10 and 4 weeks of the start date – 50% of the Programme fee will be charged, or you can transfer to a future Programme date or location which will incur a 10% administration fee.
  • Cancellations within 4 weeks of the start date or terminating training after the start date– Deposit and full course fee will be charged

 

Cancellation of Bridge 3

  • Cancellations up to 12 weeks before the start date – Full refund
  • Cancellations between 12 and 8 weeks of the start date – 50% refund
  • Cancellations within 8 weeks of the start date – No refund

     

    Cancellation of the Teacher Training Programmes

    • Cancellations up to 10 weeks before the start date – Full refund minus the deposit
    • Cancellations between 10 and 6 weeks of the start date – 20% of the Programme fee will be charged 
    • Cancellations between 6 and 4 weeks of the start date – 50% of the Programme fee will be charged 
    • Cancellations within 4 weeks of the start date or terminating training after the start date– Deposit and full course fee will be charged.
